Your event at the Hafenküche
We have invested, worked creatively and are now pleased to be able to offer groups of all sizes a wide range of customised options for an unforgettable event. Groups can range from 8-16 guests in the small Fireplace Room (‘Kaminzimmer’ in German) to 30 people in the Hafenküche Lounge and up to 400 people on the Spreedeck and in the Hafenküche combined. An event on the saloon boat GRACE is certainly a very special highlight. It caters for 12 guests as it cruises through Berlin and moors at our marina.
From birthday parties to weddings
From birthdays with friends and family to office parties, anniversaries, marriage proposals and big weddings – we can cater for all occasions. The location, facilities and premises of the Hafenküche offer an ideal and above all exclusive place to celebrate and enjoy every occasion. A number of the different parts of the venue can also be combined on request. If desired, we can also provide you with the appropriate technology, from lighting, sound systems and disco balls to projectors, as well as floral decorations and a patisserie service for cakes, including wedding cakes.

Hafenküche exclusiv
Up to 120 people / indoor / with terrace depending on the season
If you book the Hafenküche on an exclusive basis, there is room for up to 120 guests in the Restaurant with its large and small Fireplace Rooms and in the Lounge. Enjoy freshly prepared food, good wines and drinks in a 300 square metre venue on the banks of the Spree.
More than 18 metres of the 24-metre-wide façade of the Hafenküche restaurant can be opened up completely. In good weather, the terrace with its glorious views of the marina can be included in your event. Other outdoor areas are also available on request. > Send enquiry
Spreedeck
Up to 120 people / outdoor / weather permitting
Situated right on the waterside, the Spreedeck offers a fantastic view of the Citymarina and has a large sail to protect diners from the sun and weather. This venue can accommodate events for between 10 and 120 people. The fire bowls provide comfortable warmth on autumn and winter evenings. Hot or cold drinks and delicious food from the Hafenküche kitchen will round off your event right on the harbour’s edge. > Send enquiry
Large Fireplace Room
Up to 60 people / indoor
The Large Fireplace Room in the Hafenküche restaurant can be booked separately from the other rooms and can accommodate up to 60 guests. Two large fireplaces and a window façade with a fantastic view of the Citymarina create a special ambience. Depending on the season, the adjoining Hafenküche terrace can also be incorporated into your event. > Send enquiry
Lounge
Up to 30 people / indoor
For smaller groups of up to 30 people, we recommend the Lounge at the Hafenküche. You can expect a relaxed atmosphere with a cosy décor in the vicinity of the bar. The large panoramic glazing provides plenty of light during the day and can also be opened when the weather is fair. With cool drinks and delicious food from the Hafenküche kitchen, your event will be a special experience. > Send enquiry
Hafenkante
Up to 40 people / outdoor / April to October
The Hafenkante is a striking, open-air venue on the edge of the marina for up to 40 people. Sit down and take it easy right on the Citymarina water’s edge with a wonderful view of the hustle and bustle of the marina. Catering from the Hafenküche can be arranged on request, or food and drinks can be obtained from the self-service kiosk. A favourite venue for our guests between April and September. > Send enquiry
Grillplatz Hafenküche
Up to 12 people / outdoor / April to October
The Grillplatz Hafenküche offers a table for 12 people and a large awning and is located directly on the waterfront at the edge of the Citymarina-Berlin. The booking includes a BBQ grill with charcoal, a side table and barbecue tongs as well as use of the trampoline. Decorations and an awning can be provided on request. Drink, picnic and barbecue boxes from the Hafenküche kitchen can also be booked. > Information & bookings
Saloon boat GRACE
Up to 12 guests when on the move and up to 25 guests when moored
Whether moored in the marina as a holiday rental, as a family event with an evening by the fireplace or by booking a voyage on the GRACE to explore Berlin from the water – it will be an unforgettable experience!
